Driving under the influence of alcohol and drinking alcohol under the age of 20 are strictly prohibited by Japanese law. Severely intoxicated persons will be forced to leave the venue. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the venue. Smokers must use the designated smoking areas, including those with electronic cigarettes, heated cigarettes, etc.

Umbrellas are prohibited in the stage area and contents area. Cooler boxes are also prohibited in the same areas.

Please use leisure sheets and chairs in the designated common areas and camp sites. Any items left unattended for long periods of time, such as when taking up space, etc., will be removed by operations staff.

There are no cloakrooms or coin lockers in the venue. Please take care of your valuables by yourself.

We recommend the use of a wagon or cart to carry the load. The venue is generally sloped, but there are paved roads that can generally be used without problems. (Some of the campsites and some of the venues are on unpaved roads.)

No bathing facilities are available at the venue. Please use nearby day-trip bathing facilities.

During the festival, there will be cameras on site all day. Please be aware that video and photographs of the festival venue, including the audience, may be shown to the public.

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules in the event that the organizer deems that such changes will interfere with the operation of the event. Please note that tickets will not be refunded in case of rule changes.

Lost and found items during the festival will be collected at the on-site information counter. After the festival is over, please contact the following for further information. Inquiries made immediately after the festival ends may take time to be confirmed.

Found items will be kept for one month after the event. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer when returning the items.
